30-Day Use & Screenshot Refund Policy

This conditional refund policy applies to new purchases made through checkout displaying this policy. Purchases made under our earlier policy retain the terms shown when they were bought.

Screenshot proof is required

You must use the purchased MoneyDrop method or toolkit over a full 30-day period and provide dated screenshots showing your genuine attempts during that period.

No screenshot proof, no refund under this policy. A statement that you tried the method, without screenshots, does not qualify.

What your screenshots must show

Provide screenshots taken throughout the 30-day period showing the relevant search steps you attempted, sources checked, and your recorded next steps or follow-up activity. Include dates and a brief explanation connecting the screenshots to the product you purchased. You do not need to find money or receive an agency decision to demonstrate use.

Redact Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords, identity documents, full claim credentials, and other people's private information. Screenshots are submitted privately for review, not displayed publicly.

When and how to request a refund

Complete your 30 days of use, then send your refund request and screenshot evidence no later than 45 days after the relevant purchase. This gives you time to finish the required 30-day period before submitting proof.

Email support@fivetoclose.cloud from your purchase email. Include the product name, purchase date, order or Stripe receipt reference, dated screenshots, and a brief description of the steps you tried.

What is covered

This policy applies separately to Starter and each optional add-on, measured from that product's purchase date. If your timely request meets these requirements, we refund that product's purchase price to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Access to a refunded product may be removed.

Earlier purchases and statutory rights

Purchases made under the previous 30-day refund policy remain eligible under that original policy, without this new screenshot condition. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those relating to unauthorized charges or products not supplied as described.

No promised recovery

This is a refund policy for your MoneyDrop purchase. It does not guarantee that an agency will find money, approve a claim, or pay you.
