Privacy Policy
This policy explains what VentureKiln collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Effective July 17, 2026
Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive account information such as your email address, name, profile image, and Google account identifier. We store the company briefs, offers, tasks, prompts, agent results, sources, memories, skills, credits, and settings you create in the service. When you connect Google Ads, we process the account identifiers, campaign metrics, privacy-filtered search-query performance, Google recommendation types, and recommendation review decisions needed to provide private ads insights for that company. Search queries that resemble email addresses, phone numbers, or URLs are excluded before storage or AI analysis. When you connect Gmail, we request the narrow permission needed to send messages you explicitly confirm; we do not request permission to read your inbox. We retain the recipient, subject, body, connected sender, provider message identifier, and send time as private history for that company. When you connect X, Stripe, or PayPal, we process the account identifiers and connection status needed to use that service for the selected company. OAuth tokens that must be retained are encrypted at rest and are not included in workspace responses.
When you submit an inquiry on a public company page, we collect the name, email address, message, consent time, and inquiry status needed to deliver and manage that inquiry. The submission is visible only inside the workspace for that company. VentureKiln does not include inquiry names, email addresses, or message bodies in AI prompts; AI evidence may include aggregate inquiry counts. We do not store an IP address with the inquiry record.
We also process basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including session cookies, request information, error records, payment or subscription status, and provider-confirmed company payment identifiers, amount, currency, and billing type. Public VentureKiln-hosted company pages record daily aggregate page observations and checkout starts. A first-party cookie prevents the same browser from being counted again for 24 hours; VentureKiln does not store a raw visitor identifier in the company metric record and honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. VentureKiln does not store complete payment-card numbers or PayPal wallet credentials.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate your account, maintain your workspace, run the tasks you request, provide billing and credits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, improve reliability, and communicate about the service or your account.
AI processing and service providers
Company facts, prompts, and relevant company-specific memory may be sent to AI providers to generate the work you request. Private first-party evidence snapshots may include connected Google Ads campaign and privacy-filtered search-query metrics and recommendation types, provider-verified payment totals, hosted-page and checkout aggregates, publishing and sent-email counts, and company task progress. Connected account tokens and payment credentials are not included in AI prompts. Research tasks may also use public web sources. We use service providers for Google authentication, AI processing, Stripe payment processing, hosting, and infrastructure. They process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Customer separation and public information
Company records, tasks, results, sources, memories, skills, connected accounts, inquiries, sent-message history, and credit balances are scoped to the account and company that owns them. They are not displayed to other customers. The public activity strip shows only VentureKiln platform-steward activity, not customer activity.
Information you intentionally publish or send through a connected third-party service may become public according to your instructions and that service’s rules.
Cookies, retention, and security
VentureKiln uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in and a 24-hour first-party measurement cookie on public hosted company pages to limit repeat counting. We retain account and company information while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may sign out at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, email support@fivetoclose.cloud. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required by law or for legitimate security, payment, or recordkeeping purposes.
Children and policy changes
VentureKiln is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
